“I had an issue with a watch band that I purchased. A representative reached out to me and assisted me with a replacement. While I wasnt happy with the defect, the customer service was top notch! Really happy with how the situation was handled.”

“Update : after discussion with customer service at Barton watch bands, I am happy to update my rating from three stars to four. They have indicated to me that they are looking at the pin calibration in the band to see if they can make the connection a little more substantial. It's not a guarantee, but they are at least taking a look at it, Which is far more customer service then I expected based on my initial rating. It's good to know that the people you do business with are at least willing to listen, and I thank Barton watch band for taking the time.”

“Quick release didn't work. Repeated tries ripped the leather bend. This was my third purchase. Really disappointed this time. I think you lost a repeat customer. Update - Josh reached out and has offered to replace the band. I'm planning on remaining with Barton given this high level of customer support.”
