“Well I actually ordered this band for my wife’s new Iwatch 8 41”. But the Apple Watch band adapters slightly protrudes on either side of the watch. They are not flush on either end. So with that in mind will have to find another alternative. It’s not a total loss though in I can use it on my 44 apple Iwatch 4. Well after doing this review I find out I cannot get hold of anybody from customer service for 24 hours or up to a week. Yet they send you a email asking you to call or email to possibly find a solution! Well how can one do that if no one will take your call or text message in reasonable time frame. Sure one good way to run a business.”

“Wasn’t very happy with this. It seemed like it would be good at first, but one side of the band won’t click in. It seems like it locks in because I can’t slide it back out to the left once I feel the click - but then it slides out toward the right with no resistance.”

“The watch band seems resilient to moisture and comfortable so that is good. However, the pins did not get into my watch because they were slightly too short for my versa 2. and the fabric around the pins had to be cut so I could put in the old pins that I had instead.”

“Great color and the most comfortable band i have tried. My only concern i received the band and it had a pin hole silver chip where the pvd did not stick on the bottom metal slider. Your Q&A should have caught. I didnt want the trouble of sending it back.”

“Hi Got the wrong size needed 22mm not 20mm not sure why, the paper work says 20mm but I original typed 22. Can't see option for exchange to change this to get the correct size all they talk about is the length not the width. Frustrated. Love the band if I could get the correct size.”
