“I erred when ordering my bands. I chatted with Josh via text chat. He helped me with ordering the correct bands for my Apple Watch. He was a big help. Give Josh a raise. When I received the correct bands they were great. Nice quality, price, everything. My only complaint is that I found the website to be a bit confusing.”

“AWFUL! Got the wrong size band in the mail and have tried to contact Barton FOR DAYS; no one has gotten back to me. You say 100% satisfaction or your money back, well, I want my money back! I have called and emailed to no avail. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I have not been able to wear my watch for over two (2) weeks now; a lot of good this watchband does me by sitting in a box and I still don't know what recourse I have! I would send it back but don't know if I'll even get my money back! JUST AWFUL”

“I purchased a gingerbread brown leather strap to replace the cheap black bracelet for my PVD black chrono watch. It's a beautiful match for the watch, especially with the black buckle. It was very easy to install. After taking a bit of time to relax the strap, I'm VERY happy with my purchase.”
