“After a few days to review products on your web page a made a decision to purchase a few styles of bands . After trying to make a purchase I'm finding fewer available bands. Either sizes or color choices were not available. Barton made some discounts available that were not redeemable. It appears that there site is fully automated! And all special offers are fake ! There was no way to redeem ! Not even the free band! Shame on you Barton for the false advertising! FYI I'm not very impressed! Revision: After receiving an email from Sam .. It is very clear that Barton is a good player and care about first impressions! They curtainly made thing right with me! I would consider future purchases with Barton. Thank you Barton!”

“Ordered 4 bands, but I only received 3 of the 4 ordered. The 3 bands took over 4 weeks to receive with me inquiring where was my product. Still missing one band and have not received any recent communication from them. Horrible customer service and follow up.”

“Great band. I know they said not for Garmin Vivoactive 4S but it seems to work just fine. It’s a great color and nicely made. I appreciate that the band closure is extra secure. It’s very comfortable and easy to change. I’m looking at other colors now.”

“Not impressed with your product,pricing or marketing practices.. Quick cash grab! None of your promotional links even work...lol No honor. Pricing changed at checkout! Sizes are all over the place. (Update): 6/6/23 Barton refunded my money without request. This makes me think they care about the consumer.. Not many companies will do that! Cudos Barton ! When the product becomes available along with the sizes required I will give them another shot.”

“Getting the adapters on were the hardest part of putting this strap on my watch. Otherwise, the strap is great. Comfortable, and it really does keep the watch centered on my wrist. Looks great as well.”

“My watch came with a Silicone band, Yuk. Ordered a Barton Canvas one. Came fast goes on easy and fits great. What more can I say. I ordered one for my wife. It came today. Took 3 days. Thank Alan”

“This is the second watch band i have purchased through Barton. The bands are amazing quality. They are easy to put on a watch. Also if you have a large wrist they got you covered. Will continue to purchase all watch bands through here in the future.”
