“I ordered two watch bands for my Garmin Fenix 6s Sapphire. On one of the bands, it could not get tight enough for my wrist. I'm a medium-sized male (which is to say, maybe a little smaller than the average American). Quite ridiculous that the band wouldn't fit. I had to create my own hole, and that led to the band falling apart fairly quickly. The second band did fit. However, the spring loaded pins were so flimsy that the band would sometimes come off my wrist. This happened once during a bike ride and I didn't notice it. Bye-bye expensive watch! Yikes. DO NOT recommend these bands at all.”

“Purchase a NATO band. Love the softness of it. Did not realize I would need a bar to hold it in place, my current bands have those built in. So I will order a pair and then wear my watch and band. Thank you for offering cloth options, my skin is happy now.”

“I have personally owned 5 Barton watch bands and given others out to family members as gifts. The leather ones never last as long as I wish they would, but besides that, they are good looking bands, easily interchangeable, and top quality materials.”

“Comically bad customer service. I ordered a watch band , the clasp was the wrong color and the size was incorrect. I’ve sent 3 emails just want a return label to do an exchange. Crickets. DO NOT buy from these snake oil salesmen. An absolute joke of a company”

“It has been very difficult to communicate. After many days, we finally communicated over the phone, and I thought my issue was settled. I’ve sent back the original watchband, bought in error, but have yet to receive the proper one. I was told it would be a matter of days, which was a while ago please help me resolve this issue”

“I love Barton's selection of watches. I only have one issue, and it may be due to sizing, or size of my wrist. Most of your strap holders (above the clasp) don't have enough room to actually put the strap through without more work than I think there should be with a watchband. I'm rethinking using these types of bands because it's a deterent.”

“Have a favorite old Seiko solar wristwatch I wear daily and tried the Barton bands when the old one failed. I really wear the hell out of this watch and the first Barton band lasted over two years. Just bought a couple more and will put them on some of my nicer watches too. Excellent!”
