“I have purchased a few items of footwear from Base and the sizing and quality have always been perfect. My latest order Kennedy washed loafers , the sizing was incorrect, I ordered a size 8 , they were more like size 9. I returned them and requested size 7 , they fit perfectly and are excellent quality. The returns process was very simple to follow and I shall be ordering from base again in the future.”
