“I ordered our Roca toilet, toilet frame, taps and flush plate because the reviews were so good and I wasn’t disappointed with either the service or price. There was a stock delay but I was kept updated fully and the items arrived sooner than expected. I have more bathroom items to order and rather than look around will go straight to Bathrooms and Showers Direct as I was so pleased with the whole experience.”

“The ordering on the net was good, the delivery was very quick and efficient but I did not receive the exact item I ordered. I ordered a replacement but I believe I received a newer version of the same item which did not fit exactly and as per fitting instructions. After a certain amount of bad language on my part, I managed to make a workable but not precise fit. It'll do, but not in the Yorkshire way!”

Good Morning Christopher, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review about our service, although I have not been able to find any contact from you regarding the problems you had with fitting the seat. Without knowing the exact toilet pan you were ordering the seat for, it is impossible to confirm whether the seat you ordered is the correct one or if the design you required has changed. To the best of my knowledge, if there have been any changes to the E791701 Concept/New Studio Toilet Seat, Ideal Standard would ensure the fit was the same as the previous version. We have been stocking and selling the model you purchased for 5 years with no significant problems. If you have a photograph showing the model number on the packaging and we have sent you something different to what you ordered, then we will be more than happy to put this right for you. “Genuinely excellent service and communication. We ordered bathroom units for a very competitive price - asked to be delivered several weeks away - this was successfully completed with excellent communication. I was doubtful about ordering online but they were excellent. And if you phone their number you speak to a real person - and that's probably their strongest asset. Thank You - totally recommended”
