“Slight problem in that I ordered the wrong pump (probably my fault) but team very helpful on installation advice when correct one arrived. Two hoses broken in box but no questions asked and replacements sent.”

“Fantastic service. The pump is made in Sunderland and I tried to buy one locally. Most of the 'stockists' didn't keep one in stock and the two that did wanted over ?120 more. So the pump went from Sunderland to London and back and was still ?120 less. Thank you for a great price. and great service”
