“Whilst this is an early review. (i.e. yet to see how long shower pump lasts) so far every indication is excellent. The descriptions on line and delivery almost too good to be true but it is. Packing was just right. To help I am replacing my 12 year old pump with the latest version of the same brand. Of course we all hope we do not have to use this supplier again and again but I would do if ness.”

“Needed 2 new toilet seats, delivered within a day, excellent service, only trouble was that the fixing that the seat attaches to wasn?t in the fixing kit bag- Duravit?s fault not Bathroom & showers direct. Phoned Duravit & they sent the required amount FOC, but be warned if purchasing a Duravit seat.”

“My seat wasn't in stock and would take 2 weeks to be delivered. When you want a new toilet seat you generally want it fast! Worth checking how long it will take to get one when / before you order. I was then not in the country when they had received it, but they were then very helpful in delaying delivery until I was back in the country.”
