“Our shower died and I needed a new engine ASAP, after a quick scan of the internet Bathrooms and Showers Direct were not only the cheapest on price but also delivery! I ordered on a Monday morning, collected the engine from my local UPS collection point the next day and the family were enjoying hot showers by breakfast on Wednesday! To sum this up - epic service!!!”

“Best price I could find on the bathroom tap I wanted and delivery was incredibly fast with the product exactly as described. In the end I didn't need the tap so returned it for a refund which was dealt with very efficiently. Overall really impressed and will use again.”

“With the amount of different Ideal Standard toilets available, when the seat of mine cracked, I had no idea where to start to find the right replacement seat. I rang BSD and asked their advice and after emailing them photos of the toilet, they advised which seat and part number was required. I ordered 2, as they were half the price of IS. When they arrived, they were both damaged and had pieces out of them, which I reported. Without any problem or hesitation, they sent two new seats out and said to discard the broken ones. I thought I'd have the nightmare of packaging them up and returning them, with Proof of postage etc so I am very impressed with the customer service and experience and would definitely use BSD again for bathroom items.”

“I purchased a ideal standard soft closure toilet seat the first one came with a broken part. After emailing the company and taking a picture of the broken part within two days I had another toilet seat arrive. I would recommend this company very good service and brilliant price”
