“Excellent service and quick delivery with DPD”

“Very good communications and customer service, quality products. Unfortunately one item (a basin) was packed in a box that was just a bit too small. Although most of it was well protected, the corner of the basin touched the outside of the box, and at some point in the delivery that part of the box must have seen an impact, as the corner of the basin was cracked. Customer services responded immediately and dispatached a new basin without any quibble, and it was delivered within a few days. Things can go wrong, but in this case they were resolved well.”

“Your Service was great....DPD Rubbish.....I don't expect a breakable object to be thrown over our garage fence, when the package could have been handed over to my wife, who was trying to get off our drive, which the DPD driver was blocking....not impressed by the final mile”

“We needed a couple of Roca seats to fit some older pans and Bathrooms & Showers had just what we required and at a reasonable price. Time from order to delivery was good and the ordered items came well packed, meaning no damage. One seat fitted of the two and it works perfectly.”

“Items as described and delivered safely, updates on order was not to promised timescales but came when I gave a nudge. Be careful with European brand taps that have 3/8 fittings on the tails so fittings will need to be procured from elsewhere before installation”

Thank you for your review. We did advise 10 working days on your order confirmation and I believe you received your order on day 8. With regard to the tail fittings, we do have taps with various fixing sizes, but something you have highlighted is that we don't make this prominent on the product description nor do we advise what you would need to purchase.
