“Web site very user friendly. I ordered the part on a Monday morning and received it at 2 o clock on Wednesday, brilliant. Part fitted and everything checked out ok. One thing I would like to highlight the part arrived in a damaged box, the delivery driver asked me to open the box check it, all was ok physically, but was not able to prove it until the part was fitted and functioned. However I am sure this was not your end and the box damage happened in transportation.”

“Ordered a toilet seat which was delivered to my house by DHL I wasn’t in it was left at my door step and send a email said I signed for it , which I didn’t I didn’t receive the toilet seat which I have been charged for, I said on my DHL email to them to give it to my neighbour which they didn’t so I have had a dreadful experience with Bathrooms and Kitchens and the company they use to deliver.”

We publish a delivery time on all our products based on where the stock is and at the time you placed your order, we were not aware that there was an issue with the supplier and that the stock had subsequently been discontinued.
