“For purchase of Duravit Starck toilet seat to replace existing seat. Straightforward and prompt purchase, well packaged and delivered Day 3. Now discovered that actually replacing seat is problematic because fittings have changed. Web has a couple of suggestions involving a claw hammer or stripping a thread. Better product info on website would have been useful. May end up buying a pan to fit seat.”

“I can't remember if I did a review when I bought a small belfast sink from these guys - but I do remember it was a good price and it came speedily, and it is cute. That was 2 years ago - the sink developed a crack recently. The warranty was with the manufacturer and they did play hard ball, but Afia (in customer services at Bathrooms and Showers Direct) has been marvellously determined to get us a replacement sink - and it has now arrived. Thank you Afia. So, good from start to finish. Why buy elsewhere?”
