“With everyone currently buying items through the Internet I have found some organization's really struggle with customer service - Not this company, they are absolutely fantastic and will be my Go To Place from now on. Customer Service is just superb and delivery couldn't have been quicker with superb packaging also. FYI - I hardly ever leave reviews unless it is well deserved and these guys deserve recognition for making the customer feel valued. “A toilet seat was delivered wit the wrong fitting. I emailed them on Friday evening with photos of all the fittings and a request to send replacements. It is now Thursday evening and I have had no response. Very poor customer service!”
