“The product is perfect. Dispatch was quick. Delivery was slower than expected. It was in a DHL van 3 days running before eventually being delivered on the 4th day. It was frustrating thinking that it was going to be delivered for each of those 3 days. But delivery in under a week is ok, anyway.”

Hi Mohammed, I am sorry that you feel our delivery and collection is poor. I can see that you ordered with us on Dec 22nd and you amended the delivery to a local service point, but I can't see that you have contacted us about a return. “Purchased a Roca Senso Dama soft close toilet seat - price was best I could find online, delivery was very quick (40 hours from placing the order - which was all the better when considering it was just few days before Xmas), and the seat was as expected - in perfect condition and with all parts included for fitting it.”

Hi Robert, I am so sorry that you felt the need to leave us a negative review. We did quote 10 working days on the product and order confirmation which would have taken the delivery to 9th January due to the Christmas break based on the order date of 18th Dec. As I advised on my email of 22nd Dec, we had been told by Roca that we were not getting any deliveries from them until 11th Jan.
