“sorry not willing to wait till 17th April for delivery”

Hi David, Sorry for my late reply. We were advisd by Grohe that they had no stock available adue to issues trying to get the raw materials to make some of their products. As soon as we found out we let you know. I see that we refunded you as requested and I am so sorry we have let you down on this occasion. “Previously left a review regarding a purchase, which was excellent throughout. Unfortunately the new replacement engine developed a fault within the first two weeks, this was replaced with one easy phone call and arrived two working days (there was a weekend in-between) after I called. Couldn't be happier, I don't have tenants chasing me, I don't have a disgruntled landlord and I haven't had to make unnecessary trips to a property messing around removing a defunct unit to send back before getting a replacement. Nice to find a company that inspires confidence.”

“Excellent service. Ordered one toilet seat which arrived on time and I installed easily. Ordered identical second item and unfortunately was damaged on arrival. Called customer service, and provided photographs of the damaged item and they immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent, which arrived within 24 hours. Highly recommend this company.”

“Ordered one cistern, but they failed to deliver the correct one. It seems there was a mix up with the product coding on their systems. Lucky for me they were only 15 minutes away , so I could get it rectified sooner. Overall, the customer service was great. They will try to help you if you have a genuine issue with your order. Minus two stars for getting my order wrong though. It wasn't a complicated order. But 5 stars for customer service. Also, those guys at the shop front were very helpful.”

Good Afternoon Jenna I am sorry that the delivery company did not manage to make the delivery at the scheduled time. They were given the gate code whilst the driver was there and I have no explanation from Palletways as to why they did not complete it. I have passed your feedback on to them as it is most unacceptable that they failed on this occasion. I can see that your order has now been delivered.
