Hi Terry, Thank you for leaving us a review, I am sorry it could not have been a better one. We did quote 10 working days on your order however we were made aware that Grohe had no stock available and we emailed you as soon as we found out. There are issues trying to get the raw materials to make some of their products hence the extended lead time. We have now flagged this on our website so as not to disappoint future customers. We are happy to keep your order open until you find one elsewhere or we can cancel and refund in full at any time. Please accept my sincere apologies for any disappointment caused. Good morning Arkadiusz Thank you for the review, albeit is not such a good one. We did receive and email from you after you had left your review. We had dispatched your parcel from our warehouse on 6th February and it would have been with you the next day, but there was a request to for it be delivered to a local parcel shop but it was refused due to the size. I can see that the email address and telephone number were changed with DHL. Afia has requested that this is re-sent to the original address at our cost, so I hope you receive it today as advised. “I purchased some replacement shower parts from Bathrooms & Showers Direct, at a much lower price than going to the manufacturer directly. The parts were posted out and DHL kept me updated along the way. Parts arrived within 48hrs, in good condition and I've now fixed the shower & it's in perfect working order again. Result...”
