“Had no problem ordering the item and was kept updated with communication regarding status and delivery that was coming from the manufacturer. Unfortunately the item was broken in transit but i was responded to and a refund processed very quickly. Have no issues with their service and would order from them again.”

“Great communication throughout. The items I purchased were not stock items so it took a while due to delays by the supplier. Was later than quoted but kept me informed all the time. Even offered me a refund if delay didn’t suit me. Price was the best online. Delivery was expensive though and not the best through pallet line. Was just dropped on my drive without ringing the doorbell.”

“I ordered a new lavatory seat from Bathrooms and Showers Direct. Firstly, they were the cheapest of any supplier that I could find on the internet. Secondly the unit was dispatched to me very quickly - order placed on Monday morning, package arrived Tuesday afternoon. Unfortunately the seat was damaged when I opened it up. But I spoke to Customer Service (Afia) and another was dispatched to me immediately, arriving two days later. I cannot recommend Bathroom and Showers Direct enough. In a country where customer service can often be very poor, theirs was second to none. I was very happy with them and will definitely be using them again.”

“Their prices were half what I was quoted here in the Channel Islands for the same Roca toilets. Shipping was my worry but their Afia was a star in putting it all together and she even added additional packaging for protection. It all arrived within 24 hrs, in perfect condition and exactly as advertised. Brilliant service and value.”
