“The toilet and seat arrived as scheduled but the pan was damaged although not in transit. A new pan was delivered and is perfect. Customer services have been helpful thoughout and I'm satified with the outcome. I don't think you can beat the prices offered so good result.”

“I ordered a baby Belfast sink, which unfortunately arrive damaged despite being very well packaged. Bathroomsandshowersdirect were really efficient and helpful in sending me a replacement. It arrived the next day in perfect condition and I'm really happy with it. Great customer service, would recommend and order from again.”

“Delivery and packaging were fine, however the dampers seemed a bit expensive for whet they are on the other hand they fitted easily and worked fine so a lot cheaper than a new seat.”

“They stocked a difficult to find long discontinued mixer tap cartridge. The delivery was quick and secure. No need to replace old tap thus avoiding inconvenience and saving on replacement and associated labour costs.”
