“I asked a question about the correct product, I had a reply back within minutes requesting me to take photos. Only an hour or so later Afia had obviously contacted the manufacturer as she confirmed the correct part , and told me that my current fitting was "badly adjusted" which probably explained its failure. Ordered the part and it was delivered within 2 working days , brilliant.”

“As a first time visitor to the site the service was quick and easy to find products. The Customer Service was 1st Class, as when the pickers realised a product i had ordered was slightly damaged they immediately reordered and still delivered to stated date.”

“I ordered a new toilet cistern, due to it not being in stock and I?m sure the COVID 19 situation the the wrong one was delivered. I contacted BASD and have nothing but praise for their Customer Service Department. They dealt with the situation extremely quickly and the correct cistern was delivered the following day. I would use this company again and wholeheartedly recommend them.”
