“Delivery was first class arrived on time, unfortunately the sink had a slight defect on the front edge, we reported the defect and were given a full refund.we will use Bathrooms and showers direct again in the near future. Thanks again for your prompt action.”

“We didn?t want to take out the complete toilet but the cistern was old fashioned and did not work properly and used too much water so we replaced just the cistern. We bought a slim modern style with dual flush which solves all our problems. It came well packaged and on time. Very pleased.”

“The only reason I?ve given 4 stars is more because of the delivery. I received an email to say the item was being delivered that day, then I got one from the delivery company saying they hadn?t yet received it and it was in fact delivered the following day. Product very good though.”

“Ordered a sink, when it arrived, it was just too small. Arranging return was very easy. I asked them to get their courier to pick it up and the amount was deducted from my refund. So much easier than organising my courier. It was picked up the next day, Will order again.”

“Order arrived promptly without fuss or bother. Cheaper than Amazon and sizing guide was useful. 1 star taken off as the base plate that the toilet hinge screws should be screwed into wasn't supplied. Used the old one so didn't bother to call up as I needed to fix the toilet quickly (for obvious reasons).”
