“Everything was so easy. I knew which product I wanted, Bathrooms and Showers Direct had it at the cheapest price, so I ordered on line . Order was acknowledged quickly, tracked delivery was available and it was delivered early if anything. Item was well packed. Receipted invoice was quickly sent. Couldn't ask for more. “Excellent company and service, the product arrived the day after ordering (in the morning) with the packaging in excellent condition. “We are pleased with our experience with Showers Direct , there was a small issue regarding stock of the product we wanted, but that was quickly resolved .They emailed us , and also gave us an address so we could email them, so very good service. We are having our shower valve installed this afternoon.”

“I found this site the cheapest to replace a fairly new cracked bathroom basin (our fault!) and at first needed some help so used the live chat ,which was so convenient and extremely helpful. Outstanding customer service I would say. The basin was dispatched immediately and received within 24hrs ordering. (obviously this can't always happen) Well protected with packaging. As for the courier he was so helpful too , as by chance I collared him while I was at work a mile away, and asked him if he could leave my item in the rear so he filled in and I signed a form in his van there and then so this could happen. :-) brilliant all round will use this site again if needs be.”
