“The only issue I had was with trying to pay for my order - the address verification system being used doesn't deal well with Ireland as we have no postcode system. But an email and a fast response had me instructed to pay through PayPal and all was well. A little annoying, but not enough to drop a star. While I wasn't informed on the progress of my delivery, it arrived very quickly and both products (a Grohe shower kit and a Salamander shower pump) arrived in perfect condition. All in all I've had a very satisfactory shopping experience - excellent website, excellent email response, fast delivery - and I'd have no hesitation in recommending Bathrooms And Showers Direct to everyone.”

“Received the tap cartridge in a couple of days wrapped in a xmas sized box, all safetly snug in bubble wrap. Only small observation is that a few more pics on website of all angles of the part would have been even more usefull as the part number I needed seems to be listed on various sites with slightly different versions and designs. Fortunatly this is the one I needed.”
