“I needed a small Butler Sink and I needed it for my kitchen cabinets to be made. I saw this company on the internet and decided to try them, 2 days later it was with me, it was perfect. I thought they gave a brilliant service and would highly recommend them to everyone.”

“Found the site while digging for lowest prices on google: they were the 2nd cheapest but located closer to me and the site looked professional. I had some requirements for the delivery, got in touch with their customer service via chat, all set within 2 mins. Delivered quickly and exactly as agreed. Would definitely use them again.”

“We purchased a whole bathroom suite including bath, sink, wc, shower and taps, we saved over half price in ordering online and I was a bit worried at first. Everything arrive (minus the bath) promptly, the sink and cistern were damaged and they were both replaced, no quibbles. Jasmine in customer service was fantastic and kept me informed via email and explained everything in detail. We did have to wait a few weeks for our bath because it wasn't in stock but this could happen from any store. Overall I was highly impressed and when we re-do our downstairs bathroom I will definitely order from Bathrooms and Showers Direct.”
