“I ordered the Salamander pump from Bathrooms and Showers Direct because their price was about forty pounds cheaper than anybody else. I have to say that I had some reservations about delivery time as this was only stated as "when product is available", I needn't have worried as the pump arrived five days after I placed the order.All in all I'm very happy with this company's performance.”

“Came in two working days. Saniplus instructions are very limited. Good selection of bits for the various plumbing arrangements but my kit only had one bung to close unused pipe entries and I needed two. Luckily as I was replacing a ten year old saniplus with a new one I cannibalised one bung from the old unit. Took me two hours to remove old unit and fit new. Works a treat. Quieter than the old unit. Excellent price and quick service.”

“I ordered a Salamander RSP 75 Twin Shower Pump on 28/1/14 in the afternoon and it arrived the next day although I wasn't in to receive it. Royal Mail attempted delivery the next day when I was able to accept delivery then. I just wish that Bathrooms and Showers Direct had have advised me that they had posted the pump out when they did so that I could have made arrangements for someone to be in the next day. Nonetheless, recommended for price and quick delivery.”

“Whilst this is an early review. (i.e. yet to see how long shower pump lasts) so far every indication is excellent. The descriptions on line and delivery almost too good to be true but it is. Packing was just right. To help I am replacing my 12 year old pump with the latest version of the same brand. Of course we all hope we do not have to use this supplier again and again but I would do if ness.”

“Although there seemed to be discrepancy between supplier & carrier regarding delivery day, Stephanie at B&S Direct supported and liaised process until goods arrived, excellent. The quality of the tap is second to none, really heavy & substantial, the macerator loo looks really neat, and was packaged really well to avoid any damage in transit. Brilliant, would recommend this Company to anyone wanting totally satisfactory products.”
