“Had to make an emergency order for the next day but it had gone 12:00 noon. Found exactly what I was after very quickly. The online chat meant I could check the possibilty of delivery and other quiries rapidly whilst still browsing. The item I wanted was cheaper than I had found it on many other sites, it was delivered in plenty of time and the online chat was brief, informative and friendly all at once. For me it was a perfect experience, which is more than I can say for my plumber!”

“The toilet suite was fitted by Dolphin about six years ago. They went into liquidation about a year ago. The toilet required a new flush button and parts with the name Grohe, which I have never heard of before. I was very pleased that BASD had the right item was in stock. The communication regarding order confirmation and delivery was excellent. Full marks to BASD”

“Ordered a Belfast sink online on 9 Aug delivered on 11 Aug. Order and payment details emailed straight away. Sink exactly what I wanted. Sent via UPS who emailed regularly to keep me informed about delivery status and delivered when stated.”

“Excellent Company. I Ordered a new S Toilet through Bathrooms and showers direct, after searching online for somewhere that still does the S Bend Toilet. They are very reasonably priced and delivery was super quick. The toilet came very well packaged, and it's a perfect fit once installed. Overall, it's been a pleasure to deal with this company, all positives and I would highly recommend them to anyone that's in need of Bathroom and Shower items.”

“Before I did on-line research I had believed that my older model Mira mixers (we have two) would have to be replaced with more 'modern' types - smaller, but with nasty sharp corners and edges. I had considered rebuilding mine with spares but wasn't relishing the flying circlips and trapped O-rings. But there at the B and S Direct site were replacement units at half the maximum list price! They arrived within two days, and took an hour to fit both with no hassle, or realigning pipework and re-tiling. And I've got the manufacturer's guarantee.”

“Special shaped seats have been difficult to obtain. This is a good place to find them. I suggest taking a picture of the old seat, and taking basic measurements to aid correct identification. The seat arrived as quickly as was possible, well packed, no damage. A genuine Dualit part, good quality.”
