“I was having trouble with a toilet set fitting that was not tightening up properly. I emailed and within the day Afia got back to me asking that I sent photos of the seat. This I did the following morning and nearly straight away got back to say she had sent the details to Roca and would get in touch when they did. This afternoon, the same day, I got a message to say the Roca would send the fittings to me direct. I cannot fault the service I received. Andy Whitley”

“Was looking to find a replacement toilet seat with particular dimensions. I was happy to speak with an advisor who was able to confirm all details and was able have the seat sent out for next day, with the seat arriving as expected! Excellent service!”

“I was greeted with a name [That is unusual and beneficial}. The agent then went through what I needed and made sure between us had the right item. The oder was placed and paid for and I was told the product would be sent the next day and I could track it. Fayers said that DPD would deliver the package. Hiwever eventhough DPD did say when they would deliver the package. We were at home 15 minutes before and it did not arrive. I had a message which said DPD tried to deliver it couldnot. The package was now at the local post noffice. WhenI picked it up I was tod it had been there for some time.”
