“had 2 emails from a company called fayers?? we didn't know who these people were so at first didn't want to open the email. I googled the company to find it was a plumbing bathroom supplier, so decided to read it in case it was our order from bathrooms and showers direct. . It was. We paid to have it delivered to our home address and left instructions to leave in the porch if we were out. The courier failed to follow instructions and decided to leave it at a parcel drop off shop. We then had to google where this shop was to then print off a QR code to go and pick it up. To be honest there was so much sodding about googling who was who that I don't think we will bother again.”
