“Brilliant service, after ordering I was notified my item was not in stock but could be ordered from Germany. I decided to still proceed with the order but was slightly apprehensive. I needn't have worried, my item arrived within a week and I was kept fully informed at all times. Oh and by the way this was also the best price I could find. First class service from Bathrooms and showers direct, thank you.”

Good Morning Omar, I am very surprised by your review. We delivered your order on time however you chose to refuse it because it wasn't in a box. Many of our ceramic products are not supplied in packaging and as your delivery was made by our sister company, we knew it would be safe to send without an addtional box. We also do this to reduce unnecessay waste. Your order was refunded in full as per our telephone conversation, at which point I was unaware that you were unahppy. You did say that the driver was very nice, but he was unable to leave his vehicle to bring the pan up to your flat. I have raised this with our transport manager as I believe the delivery location had dedicated parking. Regards Becky Ellis Customer Service Manager BASD.

“I web-searched for a particular Toilet Brush and holder and within the results was Bathrooms & Showers Direct. A brief analysis revealed that their pricing, including the delivery charge, was very competitive and processing was based on a 3 working day despatch time frame which was acceptable so I elected to make the purchase. In the following two days, Becky Ellis sent me a couple of emails to keep me up to speed then DPD sent me a further two with the delivery details. All-in-all a faultless experience.”
