“I ordered a Roca lavatory seat that had to be obtained from the suppliers. I was kept informed of the progress of this order, and when delayed I was offered the option of a refund. I still wanted the seat which was difficult to obtain from other suppliers and was then given an update of a further date , and sure enough it was dispatched on that date. Very reliable. Thank you”

Good Morning Andrew, Thank you for your review, albeit a negative one. I have searched our emails and can find nothing from you. Can you please advise the email address you sent them to? It should be bathroomsandshowersdirect.co.uk The order was placed on October 17th and from what I can see should have left us the same day. We did in fact have an issue with out stock and had none available. I am sincerely sorry that you did not receive any communication about this. The first email we sent was on 21st October to advise of an estimated shipping date and the 30th to confirm despatch. Did you receive these? I have tracked the delivery with DPD and see that this was refused on 1st November as damaged, and is still in transit back to us. Could I please ask you to re-send the emails and we will get this resolved for you as quickly as possible. Regards Becky Ellis Customer Service Manager BASD
