“I bought a few items of a certain brand through bathrooms and showers direct a year or so ago and had issues with the product breaking early into its warrantee - a manufacturer proper not one caused by bathrooms and showers direct. They rapidly resolved all problems and liaised with the manufacturer to ship replacements same day, taking all the hassle away from me as the customer. I have been thoroughly impressed and would have no hesitation buying from them again in future.”

“Easy to order. I asked a question regarding dimensions about a Toilet Cistern I was going to purchase. Answer received within 15 minutes.Very Good. Package arrived after 2 days using the Best Carrier DPD.”

“The service received was first class. The problem due to damaged goods was resolved, however not without problems as I had to put the fitter off, who was far from pleased. I felt that I had to compensate him for the time wasted even though he managed to start another job. My job was then completed two days later. I also paid extra for a pallet delivery which I did not receive. I have not received a refund for this extra charge or an offer of a refund. I do understand and appreciate the way the company delt with the situation, however this was far from ideal. UPDATE!! Since my previous review everything has been resolved in the way of my Knight in Shining Armour by the name of BECKY. Thank you. I shall not hesitate to use your company again and recommend the company to anyone who will listen. Keep up the good work, a rarity in this day and age since the pandemic. P.S. Have I said all of the right things Auntie?? XX”

“I chose bathroom and showers direct to order a new seat because the website provided really clear information, which gave me confidence that I had selected the right one for my toilet. I'm pleased to say that it arrived a couple of days later and does fit perfectly. It was dispatched by DPD which gave me the useful option of being able to pick it up from a local post office rather than having it left on the doorstep. I was also particularly impressed with how well it was packaged.”

“I bought a couple of toilet roll holders as they were very competitive on price. They had to be ordered from the supplier but I was informed of the delay and the items arrived within the time promised. I’d not heard of this company before but I’d certainly use them again.”

Hi Jill We sent you an email with returns information on 14th March. We have not yet received the towel rail back so have not been able to refund you. We have had no communication from you to confirm the return, give tracking onformation nor chasing the refund so I am a little surprised you felt the need to rate us based on no information. “I needed a hinge for a Duravit toilet seat. At 10 years old I struggled to find one, but B&SD had a pair. Quick delivery and a resonable price. BTW it worked,”
