“Brilliant!!! Using the website was easy to find what I wanted and place an order. The information provided was all relevant and useful - gives the impression that these guys know their products and understand what the customer needs to know. Delivery was prompt and on time, packaging was good. What more can I want from a bathroom website? Pity I don't need more loo seats! I also liked the fact that Customer Service replied to negative reviews in a constructive way. Very refreshing.”

Good Morning Damiam, Thank you for your review, sad that it is a negative one. Firstly, please accept my apologies that the pan has arrived damaged. I can see that the delivery was made on the 5th and we have arrived in the office this morning to both your email advising us of the damage and the review. One of the team will be in contact this morning as we will require some additional photos from you. All ceramic parcels that leave us should be lined with protection and if this is not the case, I need to take this up with the warehouse manager. A replacement pan will be with you tomorrow. We do pride ourselves on resolving problems as soon as we are advised of them and I hope that once you are happy with the replacement, you may consider updating your review about how our service was dealing with the damaged order. “Order and delivery time was excellent. However I am dissapointed with having to replace the part again after two years. New house was purchased in Nov 2018. Had to replace the engine in Nov 2022, and again this month Nov 2024. It is very expensive to replace the part that lasts a short period of time particularly as the shower is only used by one person.”
