“Great easy service to order online and fast delivery that was well packaged. Disappointed with setup of acoustic guitar and I will need to get a full setup from a local professional as virtually unpayable. This could be reflected in the prices as it was an exceptional deal but would still expected some degree of inspection to have taken place before shipping. Also appreciate that action is subjective but not when it is so high that the guitar is unplayable around 10-12th fret.”

8 fret unlevel needed a compleat fret dress and level plus the nut was not fixed and the Allen wrench was not long enough to adjust the truss rod but all things have been corrected and it is fine now”
