“Excellent service, fantastic price! Can't find anything wrong with this guitar. Even if it didn't work at all, it's so well made, you could hang it on the wall and just stare at it! But it works!!!!”

“The adaptor I was given with my product was not the same as the one in the instructions but on a separate piece of paper it said it had been revised. The new adapter differs from if you was to buy it separately more attachment's maybe this needs to be revised.”

“Bought a Neumann TLM 103 cheaper than I could get it anywhere else. I asked for a later delivery as I was away. Arrived as expected with good tracking information. My experience was really good and I'd buy from Bax again without concern.”

“If I could give 0 starts it would be it! It's 10 days now that they cannot allocate my payment on their account!!! I'm receiving emails that they will cancel the order within 48 hours if I don't pay. Barclays(my bank) have found their account upon payment and all the digits matched with their payment request. Money has left my account on16th of February. They claim that payment was not received until today(25th Feb)! I’ve contacted Barclays and bank has confirmed that the transfer was made and the amount was received on the other end. Be very careful if you decide to purchase something from them! Before purchase I've phoned the shop and they've answered almost immediately, confirmed that the item is in stock and send me the email with payment link. Now they don't answer my phone calls.... I’ve stopped receiving replies from customer service, only the automatic emails are arriving asking for another payment and stating that the payment is still not received. Extremely dodgy practices. AVOID!”

“My Epiphone es339 was b stock, reported as missing original case, but no other issues, apart from signs of having been played. It was a good discounted price. Love the guitar but when it arrived it was packaged in a large box and I could feel it moving around a large distance, side to side in the box. There was bubble wrap around the guitar, but it needs to pack tight to the box. This I believe has caused a small chip in the black finish on the top of the headstock. Not enough to cause me to return the guitar. I also note that they hadn’t slackened the strings. This is basic stuff that anyone shipping guitars should know, especially if it’s their core business. The bottom E intonation needs to be fully adjusted to one end nearest the bridge for good intonation, not sure why yet but it is ok like that, just a small worry for the future. Writing this review because the packing team need to be aware that this isn’t good enough. Strings are pretty worn and need replacing so it’s a bit more than signs of being played - as described.”

“Better than expected. I ordered a Yamaha THRBG1 which was the cheapest price found. The delivery forecast was, however, in 4 weeks time. I was willing to wait the 4 weeks in order to take advantage of the excellent price. I was surprised(and very happy) when I received an e-mail just 2 days after purchase saying the order was on its way. I am happy with, both. the item and also with Bax Music who delivered better than expected. I will use Bax Music as my first port of call for future equipment purchases.”

“I purchased two Fazley Guitars from Bax Music and I can highly recommend them, I find both guitars are as good and in most cases a lot better than guitars costing hundreds of pounds more. Now I know how good they are I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another if needed. The Fazley Guitars I purchased are the Fazley RBK-10 Natural Electro-Acoustic Guitar and the Fazley Buttercup FTL200BSB-M Butterscotch Blonde. Swift delivery.”
