“I ordered a Roland Td27kv which said was in stock, would be delivered within 3 days. It hasn't arrived yet, a week later. No one will answer the phone or my email. UPS says delivery date unknown, but they delivered the rack and uk cable.”

“First time I placed an order. It was perfect! The website is easy to search items and many to choose from. I could even choose my delivery date, very helpful when taking time off work. The Piano stool arrived on my chosen, quick and packed securely. It was easy to assemble (four legs) the quality is solid wood and vanished beautifully. “Purchased 5 3/4 size guitars for young children to have access to instruments in a local school that has little money snd i intend to start teaching them after the summer. Bax packed snd shipped the guitars in about a week all arriving in perfect condition and perfect instruments for the job I will def be buying more! Thankyou”

“Bax are usually the cheapest place to buy gear in the UK, they sometimes have b-stock deals to save a few extra pounds. Free delivery is generally from their warehouse in Holland and it takes 4 days from order to delivery which includes weekends so I can order Friday for delivery Tuesday. I have used them loads and never had an issue. They always keep you informed and provide tracking details. My recent b stock purchase was in great shape despite one of the box inserts missing. They pack the instrument box in a box so everything is safe. In the UK they use Parcelforce. They are my go-to dealer.”
