“Overall good service. Ordered Monday and all items arrived on Thursday as described in new unopened condition. Didn't give five stars as customer services slow to respond to emails. Parcelforce tracking didn't work until Wednesday evening and slow to update on the day of delivery. Delivery only just made the time slot given at 17.46 Parcelforce stop delivering at 18.00, so might not have been delivered until Friday according to Parcelforce.”

“I ordered a Yamaha Arius 164 digital piano set with stool and headphones. Very competitive price. Rapid free delivery with tracking. Arrived undamaged and in excellent working order. Relatively simple assembly. Needs an extra pair of hands at times due to the weight. Amazing piano. Remarkable keyboard. Superb sound. Comfortable stool and adequate headphones. I cannot fault the product, ordering, supplier or delivery. Thank you Bax Music. You have brightened up our lives with a quality musical instrument.”

“Not normally given to writing reviews I am making an exception in the case of my recent purchase of an Imox piano stool. An exceptionally low price for such a high quality product. Bax Music kept me well informed on the delivery process and the stool arrived two days early. Excellent service.”

“your website makes it very hard to make a complaint or write a message....it seems to be link after link after link to then throw you back to the home page...very confusing and took me a while to get to this point..... i have purchased a download from you but the link seems to be an expired 404 page? can you please rectify this asap. .thanks Dylan”

“Very quick and reliable delivery. The stand is very sturdily put together. It holds my folder and the music in it, quite easily. It came with a bag which has a long strap and hangs over my shoulder, making it easy to carry around. Many thanks for a well-made stand and here's hoping it will lead a very useful and long life.
