“Couldn’t change my delivery address on the website, so ordered it and emailed customer services to ship to new address. Emailed 3 times, no response, until UPS tried and failed to deliver. The timing of it meant that I now need it delivered to a third address, but I have no idea where my stuff is. Ordered on a Wednesday, trying to secure Friday delivery (order by 3pm, etc), and now more than a week later I still don’t have my stuff, and have no idea when or where it will be delivered to. Phoning is pointless, and basically no response from email. Never buying from Bax again.”

“Price was best I could find. There may be cheaper but I couldn't find it. What I was ordering was clear and the email confirmations were clear and accurate. Delivery arrived a day earlier than anticipated and was as expected. Well packaged and worked straight out of the box. Very Happy.”

“The website stated BAX music had 2 items in stock and delivery would be within 48 hours... that was a week ago and the item has still not arrived. I am unable to speak to anyone from BAX Music to find out where the order is. Customer Services do not respond when you email them. After much researching I have found out the company is located in Netherlands and has a UK distribution warehouse so I assume everything is down to good old Brexit and it will take 3 months.... I am now going to cancel my order which has not arrived and buy a UK stocked item... I would not recommend purchasing from BAX Music unless you are based in Europe.”

“Was given a delivery date, did not arrive on that date, it arrive 5 days later, sent an email asking where my parcel was got no reply as yet, Nice looking guitar but rather on the small size to be a full size one, also whoever strung the guitar not only got the strings in the wrong order but got them tangled up as well, if I could give a minus ratings I would have, very disappointed with Bax Music and I don't think that they are very professional store to deal with probably my first and last purchase from them”

“I paid £25 for express next day delivery and ordered in time before the cut-off 3pm. It didn't arrive the next day but 3 days later and they will not refund the express delivery charge, despite many attempts to contact them. Could have ended up buying for same price in the UK after all without the hassle. Appalling customer service”

“Broken products, no original packaging, no response to email. I received broken equipment. It wasn't boxed in its original packaging. It still had security tags on it. It was dirty and grubby and nobody has responded to my email.”

“Purchased an item on 26th September with a view to it being delivered on 29th September. Received an email to say payment received and item should be with me with by 29th September. Hadn’t heard anything on 30th September so rang and was advised that my item still wasn’t in the UK. Courier received my item on 2nd October and told me it would be with me within 48 hours. As of today 8th October, still no item and have been told that is has been lost by the courier and I can’t be issued a refund until it is 100% confirmed as lost. Avoid the company!! it isn’t worth the 10% cheaper price than other retailers.”
