“Here’s the thing and how the company works : they are paid by brands. so when a new perfume comes out the brand will offer beauty base an amount of money based on sales. therefore it leads to the situation where the employees are ONLY interested in selling you what the managment tells them. it doesn’t matter what you ask for, they don’t care what you like, they will make you buy the product they were told to.”

“Absolutely appalling experience from beginning to end From BEAUTY BASE 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻😩😩😩 Non existent customer service seem somewhat inexperienced and really negative towards customers. My order was sent out with DPD and delivered to the wrong address. After extensive communication with both DPD local and beauty base customer service I was told that DPD had delivered my parcel to the correct address as they check using GPRS data and even though I was sent satellite pictures from the carrier of the incorrect address. I Was still made to wait over 8 days for an investigation to take place before my refund could even be processed , in this time I received very little or NO communication from the customer service team at beauty base to explain the situation, unless I contacted them first. I Was unable to call as most of the time their number just rang-out!! And was left feeling very frustrated by the lack of professionalism. I’ve only recently received my refund,and I’m still no wiser as to the whereabouts of the original parcel that was sent out as no explanation was ever given to me after the investigation. Not even any compensation offered to apologise for a really terrible service. There is no doubt! I will NEVER use this service again As this first time shopping experience for me was dreadful. Ive since found the same 200ml bottle of Joop on Amazon for a cheaper price 👍🏻 And I can confirm was delivered to my correct address without any drivers losing there way. 😃”

“ORDER ARRIVED MISSING AN ITEM.WHICH WAS A GIFT FOR MOTHERS DAY FOR MY MUM WHICH NOW SHE NEVER GOT! BEAUTY BASE ASKED FOR PHOTOS OF PACKAGE WHICH I SENT THEN THEY STARTED TO IGNORE ME. AFTER A FEW MORE EMAILS FROM ME THEY SAID THAT THERES NOTHING THEY CAN DO AS THEY SENT ALL ITEMS AND I AM BASICALLY A LIAR!! NOWI AM BEING TOLD AFTER CHASING THEM FOR 2 WEEKS THAT I NEED TO WAIT ANOTHER 28 DAYS TO SEE IF I CAN GET A REFUND!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS COMPANY!! MY FIRST AND LAST ORDER! I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN”

“I have not received my order yet it was dispatched on the 26th March and it's the 3rd April 2019. I specifically did not choose the option for my parcel to be left with the neighbours if I am not in. I have not yet had a knock on the door from a delivery person. No emails have been sent to me. Also my tracking order number was not allowing me to access my account. Ridiculous!!!! Very disappointed with the service and Beauty base.”

“As a customer I am very disappointed with beauty base I placed order to weeks ago I phoned up and they said that my delivery had gone to another address so I’m not happy I’m just waiting on a refund and I will definitely never order from here again”

“I placed an order from the Beauty Base website on the 26th December. The perfume was a gift for my husband as it is his favourite perfume. I paid £3.95 for the delivery which stated on the order confirmation that the delivery would be made within 3-5 working days. I did not recieve no tracking reference so I could track the parcel. It is now coming close to a month and I have still not recieved my order. I am extremely dissapointed with the service. My husband did not recieve his gift which I had paid for. This is the first time I had placed an order with beauty base and the order still hasnt arrived. I would like a full refund made to my account. I am very unhappy with the communication Beauty Base has provided. Usually companies would provide a tracking ref number or an email advising if the orders been dispatched. However I had recieved no further emails after the original confirmation email so I would like a full refund made into my account. I will not be using your services again.”

“I ordered a Valentina Donna gift set and a different gift set arrived. I emailed to say I wasnt happy as it was for a birthday gift so was unable to give it however got informed to return it however I have emailed several times after to say I wasnt happy with the service and my emails have been ignored! First time I used the website and I have been left dissapointed.”

“Wrong item dispatched . Spoke to customer service to be told to send a photo of item I had received . No way on the site to do this . The person I spoke to did not apologise and seemed to not care less. It was my first time in using beauty bass and unless this is sorted it will be my last . Just seen I can upload a photo here !!! Ironic”
