“I have never used this site before but I was suitably surprised by the quick delivery service and great prices on my usual products - with no delivery charge! The only thing I would say is the mobile site is a bit clunky and the checkout process kept crashing. However when ordering on the desktop site it was a very smooth process. Overall I would (and have already) recommend this site to others.”

“I ordered 2 L.A girl cosmetics lipsticks and a pro conceal... when my order arrived I opened it to find they had also added in a free perfume sample and a free lipgloss. I was really impressed with this its always nice to get a freebie and I thought it was a really nice touch. The two lipsticks are amazing too, so I'm very happy with those, the only downfall with this order is that I found the concealer quite orangey for my skin tone and it was labelled as 'light ivory' so I was a little disappointed by that product but that's just one of the problems that happens when you try to choose colours over the internet. The order arrived very quickly and was packaged well too. I would definitely use beauty base again!”

“Service is good. Products arrived as fragile so well packaged. Hard to find perfumes can be found on this site. Just a shame the last order arrived without the same bottles in a box ( sale items) but luckily, my mother won't mind. This should be stated on checkout. I'll put them into a separate box for her.”

Recently all Eau de Toilette products from Prisms Parfums come without a box. Only the Eau de Parfums come boxed. Sorry for any inconvenience caused but we can assure you this is the way we receive the EDTs from the supplier directly as we are certified agents.
