“It was convince to order as this was just lad mintue gift idea and it delivered to the person on the day I expected. Price were good but can go lower on some of the product as I compared with boot and perfum the product on beauty base were higher then other stores.”

“Items came on time as described but with a note highlighting their loyalty programme - something that wasn't mentioned at the time I purchased. And guess what - they don't award points retrospectively, even though the item I bought was £80. So rather than being halfway towards a reward with them, I feel that they've been quite disingenuous. Trying to get someone's loyalty after they've made a purchase but not letting them count that purchase is never going to make me feel good about buying from them again. I feel a bit conned, truth be told. There are so many beauty sites out there who I can buy from who do highlight their loyalty programme at the time of purchase.”

“I have used Yardley Citrus and Wood for a number of years and I'm not entirely sure that I have been sent an authentic Yardley product; it has slightly different packaging and certainly has a weaker scent. Could it be a fake product?”

“Extremely happy with Beaty Base. My first time using them (I found them through Google which was very lucky indeed). The website was easy to navigate + great prices. My order was dispatched very quickly and it was packaged better than my OCD girlfriend's Christmas wrapping! Bubble wrapped and boxed securely. I also received a small sample vial with my order (not sure if that's a regular occurrence - I hope it is because it was a nice little touch). Overall, very impressed with the products I received, and especially the service. Will definitely be using again for my next fragrance haul! A*”
