“Was really sceptical at first as the product I wanted was a lot cheaper than boots Superdrug etc but revived my order well packed and loads of little free gifts too .fast delivery always emailed to keep me updated on my order .definatly will order again 😊”

“I visited the Uxbridge branch on 7th/Nov with my daughter intending to buy an eyelash curler (cost £2.50.) Whilst holding the curler we browsed the make-up display. The security guard stood with his legs apart and arms crossed at the top of the aisle staring at us whilst another employee stood at the other end watching our every move. Needless to say, I've put the curler back and bought one from Claire's Accessories for £6 where we enjoyed a pleasant shopping experience. If your motto is to put customers off, you have certainly got it spot on!”

“Very quick service and perfume arrived as described. Very happy with purchase although would have preferred parcel to be posted boxed rather than in a jiffy bag as perfume box very slightly damaged. This is a gift. Will order again though.”
