“Initially some confusion as gift vouchers don't work in the usual way. Then your computer systems had problems I couldn't get an order confirmation or sort out my password to get into my account. Now that the order has finally arrived one of the items is wrong, I've been given a cheaper alternative and have yet to hear back from beauty base to resolve the situation. Terrible service.”
