“Good service on the whole. Pleasant to deal with and a smooth transaction. Beck Evans prepared the car very well, fixing a few minor scratches professionally. My only real complaint is that they are very busy and kept me waiting a couple of times, despite having appointments booked (and turning up on time) which is frustrating, but they were very apologetic.”

“Chip found on door when I went to collect it. Still waiting for promised chip paint to arrive. I found the service to be good otherwise and everything I had asked to be put right was taken care of. I think that the compound is too small for the overall businEss and sold vehicles should be removed to another compOund to minimise damage, as the present set up of moving vEthical standards around in the Small area obviously leads to knocks happening. There should also be a parking area for customers cars.Moved to larger premises. Suggest the business be”

“The overall service was good, and the car has been great, however when we picked the car up the satnav wasn't working and we were told this could be fixed when their specialist was back, but haven't had any contact from them since - we've now owned the car for about two months.
