“We purchased a VW Touareg from Beck Evans in July 2010 and we are extremely satisfied with this vehicle. Therefore it made perfect sense to return to Beck Evans when we required another car. This time we purchased a Saab convertible in June 2015. Yet again the customer service was very good. The whole transaction was very smooth and we must mention Andy who is thoroughly professional and personable.”

“A positive overall experience, Tim in sales were helpful, and all that was requested was done in the agreed timeframe. Car had brakes changed as part of service before pick up. A few minor annoyances once I had picked up the car but nothing too significant, being the parcel shelf took some trouble to fit and I hadn't noticed the rear tyres were worn close to the legal limit so needed changing shortly after purchase.”

“I have just recently purchased a Porsche 911 from Andrew Couper and I am very pleased with everything. On the day of collecting the car it was presented in immaculate condition and they gave it a full service as well as all of the jobs he said he would do were done. Would definitely go back to Beck Evans to purchase my next 911. Many thanks for a great purchase”

“Just bought a Toyota GT86 from Tim. I saw the car in autotrader but it was in London as I was more than 400 miles away in glasgow, wasn't quite sure what I was getting. But the car was top notch. Very please with it apart from one thing, it was serviced before delivery. They put way too much engine oil in it, luckily no harm was done to the engine as I had to drive more than 400 miles home. Everything else was very good apart from that little mistake. Thanks Tim”

“Excellent customer service and would certainly consider purchasing from Beck Evans again. - We had a 2 hour drive to go and look at our vehicle and were very well looked after when we arrived. We received a very friendly service, which seemed very genuine and was not at all pushy. Pleasantly both my husband and I were treated equally which was a refreshing change. The vehicle was just as described and when we decided to make the purchase the van was instantly removed from the website (not normal in our experience!). Then when we decided to travel by train to collect the vehicle a week later the Garage kindly offered to collect us from the station. Most importantly we have now been driving the van for a month and are extremely pleased with it. Thank you Beck Evans.”
