“Would give then 3 stars but this survey would only let n Me give either 1 or 5After an initial horror of the car not having the the jobs done that were promised, when I contacted them, they were very apologetic , and sorted everything out as promised, mathew was very good and I would go back to buy another vehicle in future”

“I felt that the service was quite bad, once they had my deposit they didn't have time to for me. I felt that I was annoying them ringing them, when they should have been communicating with me. The car was meant to be fully Valeted it was still filthy, perhaps just given a wash externally and a Hoover. The oil sensor fault hadn't been fixed since I test drove the car. Over all I wasn't pleased with the experience and I wouldn't by a car their again.”

“Matt was the guy who I dealt with and I honestly could not have asked for a better service. He was extremely helpful and informative throughout the whole process of buying a car. I didn't feel pushed or pressured at any point! I would most definitely recommend Beck Evans to anyone looking to buy a car. The service I received was top notch and everything promised was delivered. It's easy to say I am one satisfied customer!”

“I am very pleased with the service that I received from Beck Evans. The car that I purchased was in excellent condition and had been serviced and MOt'd. I viewed the car in the dry but when I picked it up, Beck Evans noticed a water leak on the windscreen. they arranged a refix and/or replacement at my home. They are also happy to speak to me if any questions or queries arise in the future. I would recommend them highly. They have some wonderful looking cars.”

“We are pleased with the vehicle overall, but feel we may have compromised the quality of service we received by putting a 10% deposit on the vehicle to secure it before commuting 4 hours to view/purchase the vehicle. 1. The vehicle was missing the rear parcel shelf and when raised with the salesman, his response was "I didn't tell you that there was one". Despite this being a factory fitted item he didn't attempt to amend this or reflect it in the purchase price. 2. The vehicle was poorly valeted, there was a sticky sweet in the passenger door, tissues in the rear armrest and pepperoni wrapper in the front glove compartment.”

“Got my BMW 330D Convertible from Beck Evans, just in time for "Summer". Service was courteous and efficient. Paid full price but a few scratches were removed from the car as part of the deal making it look almost new.”

“I purchased a Mercedes C350 from Beck Evans, fast turn around, no budge on price however the price was very keen in the first place and you get what you pay for. I had a small issue today with a minor problem and it was dealt with swiftly and efficiently at no cost to me. One of the owners even offered to take me home while it was being fixed. I would highly recommend this company and I would class myself as a fussy switched on customer. Many thanks Michael W”

“Friendly staff, not much wiggle room with the price unfortunately but a nice car all the same. Fast turn around from test drive to purchase and paperwork all done for me (for £99). One small detail that did lose a star was the state of the ladies loo! (clearly used by men -seat up, urine in the bowl-not flushed and lack of paper/soap/handtowels).”
