“Just wanted to thanks Sam and Stuart for our new motor - don't usually do this kind of thing but just felt compelled to do so. My wife and I have been looking for a Land Rover Discovery for months and have been "messed about " by the local dealer for weeks with the wrong, overpriced car. Found the car on your website (very good by the way), made one call for an appointment, turned up, test drove it, bought it - Excellent, no nonsense approach to buying a car. Sending my Dad down at the weekend to buy a Touareg they have. Excellent all round. - Mr Terry- Essex”

“Friendly and helpful even fitted me in on an impromptu car pick up due to my ever changing work commitments. A returning customer due to the service offered whilst buying my last car and glad to see the customer service is still as good. Shame about their taste in music but each to their own. Keep up the good work guys you have it right for a trade that is often not good at customer service.”

“Bought a new car from Beck Evans (Sam Evans) today and the service was excellent. The car had been cleaned and polished and was exactly as described in the advert which mad the whole process MUCH easier. They very quickly rectified any SMALL issues I had with the car and we drove away very happy. I would recommend them to anybody I know!!!”

“It's a shame that I would otherwise give a "Very Good" because the sales process was pretty good. It was a bit busy and I had to wait but only because of the original sales person being sick. But I had a good test drive, loads of time to look at the car and after a hard bit of bargaining, got a good and fair trade in. The reason I am only giving "normal" is because after I drove home and drove around a few days, I found oil dripping from the front of the car!! Thinking the worst, I opened the bonnet to find that the oil filler cap was not in place and oil sprayed all over the engine bay. In fact, the cap was jammed against the front of the boot-lid (fortunate that it was not lost). The PDI guy must have forgotten to re-fit it! Lastly, all of the tyre pressures were different. Again another basic PDI error. Well, no major harm done apart from a messy engine bay (which will cost to clean). But annoying mistakes. Otherwise, the car, an E350 Coupe is lovely to drive and I have a 6 month warranty to cover anything that might go wrong.”

“Matt at Beck Evans was fantastic to deal with. Importing a car from halfway across the world is such a challenge considering the so many scammers and fraudsters out there. Matt explained the whole process and after speaking to some NZ references provided by Beck Evans, we felt comfortable with the purchase. Beck Evans made the whole process of purchasing and shipping to NZ smooth and seamless. Finally when our Audi Q7 arrived in NZ, we were amazed at the quality and everything was as per online description. We would highly recommend Beck Evans to anyone thinking of importing a car from the UK. Awesome service and we are very happy with our purchase. 5 Stars - excellent service.”

“I have no complaints with the car. But I was very disappointed to find no manual for the B Class in my car on arrival home. The manual was a C Class which is useless . I would appreciate if you could send me the appropriate manual. Also missing is the tray for the booth and the back window. As I am a disabled driver I had to get a friend to collect the car. However I am very happy with the car. Looking forward to you. Regards William Moore”
