“Brilliant customer service. There was a problem with the bundle deals when trying to order and the member of staff I dealt with was brilliant and made sure everything was sorted ASAP.”

“The courier service is very poor. My first bed frame was only successfully delivered on the 4th attempt; you cannot plan your day you're told your 4-hr delivery slot the evening before; the queue for contacting the courier is always at least 30min long on a premium telephone number.”

“The delivery arrived exactly as promised, the guys were brilliant, so helpful. I had paid the extra to have the old unit taken away but they didn't have room on the van. But it was arranged with minimum fuss it would be picked up the following day, and it was. I would definitely use this company again. Five stars all round.”

“Your mattress was terrible, although described as firm it was far from firm and was especially soft on one side. We have sent it to a charity and bought another from Carpetright which is excellent. The Serene bed from you, however, we are very pleased with, but we will never, ever buy a rolled up mattress again. Lesson learnt!”

“Bed was acceptable. Not finished that well. Drawers are badly made and do not fit that well. This was not noticeable until I had put bed together, and drivers were well gone. Problem is also delivery, the delivery drivers had to drop off and leave at top of stairs, I am 62 and have never been expected to have to put together myself and manouver.I guess it was not their fault. Drivers were not happy chappies at all and I offered money for them to help me but they are not allowed to do this. So would not use company again due to no customer service. or after sales service”

“Quick and easy ordering process. Bed was scheduled for delivery really quickly and I loved the fact that they updated you on the progress all the time. Great to be able to know when the delivery was arriving rather than having to wait in for a whole day.”

“ordered a bed on friday evening and it had it delivered monday. could not have been happier with the service. i got a text message on Sunday with a time slot then a call on monday from the delivery person saying he was 30 minutes away. the bed was carried up 2 flights of stairs and left in my bedroom the delivery people were really nice. love my new mattress!!”

“After being messed around by another furniture company for almost a month I decided to go for a refund and buy from somewhere else and am very pleased with the service and quality of my order. It stated that my order was to be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks and got delivered in 1 week and a half :) very pleased. .”

“I have never come across such a poor company. I had an appalling experience with the couriers whose customer service was rude and unhelpful and they made several mistakes delivering which cost me 2 days leave. When the bed did arrive the bed feet did not arrive with it. Ive sent countless emails and made countless phonecalls and it still has not been sorted. I am trying to call now as it happens and no one is answering the phone. This is not the first time I cant even speak to someone regarding my missing bed feet. I ordered the bed start of November and almost 2 months on I'm still stressed and frustrated trying to get bedstar to fulfil my order. I have already warned my family and friends never to use bedstar and I only wish I had not. All in all it is a pity because the bits of bed that did arrive I am really pleased with its the service that is the problem not the product,”
