“Spent $10,000 on a new bedroom suite. Been saving up for years and got it piece by piece as I could afford it over years. Really splashed out with a custom-made supposedly oak set (paid extra for the oak as I wanted something that would last my whole life and could be passed down to my kids one day). This set was meant to last me forever. Unfortunately 6 months after receiving the last pieces to my set, I discovered it was infact made from veneer. My son spilled water on the bedside table and it ruined the top. Bedworks is washing their hands of it. Their online description clearly states that the top was made from 100% Timber or Oak. What a lie! So far their customer service is shocking. They are offering me a tiny discount to buy another rubbish veneer bedside table for $1000. NO THANKS!”

“I ordered 2 units of mattress and bed on 27th of the month, requesting for delivery only for the 24th of the following month as I am only available on that date. Using guest tracking I was able to see the payment has been processed. However, I am unable to see any delivery dates. Today it says the unit has been shipped and again no delivery date was forthcoming.”
