“Do not waste your time with this company”

“Waited weeks then got sent bed driver noticed it was damaged. Then same thing happened to 2nd one. Then the delivery date they said it never got delivered had to wait over another 2 weeks”

“First arranged date, didn't turn up. Refunded for that. Second arranged time, turned up an hour earlier, refused to take old bed/mattress...as didn't have room on the van. Again refunded for that lots of hassle as had to arrange transport to take to the recycling centre. Poor communication and failed to deliver what sounded so easy on the website. Would not buy from them again”

“Placed order and time quoted 2-7 working days, seemingly there was a delay with my payt, through PayPal, although no one thought to inform me of this, tried calling 3 times, no answer, no email facility !! tried on line chat, when I expressed my annoyance at the length of time for delivery, they ended chat, I tried again, same thing, eventually 15 days later my mattress arrived, not the best quality, but my fault for ordering on line, wouldn’t shop with this company again !!”

“Ordered and paid online for a double bed plus headboard. After a week emailed yourselves for a delivery date to be told you didn’t deliver to my postcode outside Inverness. When were you going to tell me this and took 3wks to get my money refunded. Very poor service, order and money should never have been accepted in the first place if you didn’t deliver to the area.”

“I was unable to get Bedworld.netto confirm a accurate delivery date after giving several unfulfilled promised dates , so I just cancelled the order and bought a mattress from a nearby store.In the future I’ll just avoid Bedworld.net.”

“Bedworld were dreadful, delivered bed and one headboard, forgot one headboard and then didn’t deliver when they said, took a month to deliver the next one, would not recommend them.”

“If I could give 0 stars I would. This company took my money and messed me about with delivery dates 3 times before they finally refunded my money and left me without a bed! Do not use this company! Customer service on the phone was awful as the person on the other end didn’t care one bit.”

“Product good but delivery and company are rubbish. It’s completely unreasonable to ask one delivery driver to drive for several hours and then have to unload large beds with no assistance other than that provided by a willing purchaser. Delivery was weeks late and it was very difficult to get hold of anyone to find out what was going on. I would not buy from this company again.”
