Looking forward to trying some of the great beers I've bought. Slight disappointment with the delivery as the couriers would not deliver on a Saturday, meaning I had to get a taxi to the courier's depot to collect. I'm not home at weekdays and there's nowhere I'd be happy to have these great beers left at my address that's safe or secure enough.

Delivered very quickly, website easy to use but very disappointed by the packaging for the 30 world beer mixed pack, the website was misleading in this respect and I was expecting something branded and trendy. It came in two very functional normal boxes, no design or branding. This is a gift so I now need to go out and find more suitable packaging for it.

The product was bought as a gift for my partner for valentines day. Going to put the items in a hamper so it looks like more of a 'present'. Delivery was late, I had to contact the couriers and then beer hawk on separate occasions to finally find out my order was damaged and a replacement was going to be sent. Would have been nice to be kept updated. There is a wide variety of drinks to enjoy at home and believe he will like this present.

Overall, this was a good company to deal with. However, make sure you order early. My order - which was intended for a birthday - was delayed because Beerhawk was waiting for deliveries of some of their 'in stock' (sic) beers. I had to ring the company to find this out - the information was not pushed to me. I would make the point that I'm talking about a delay of days rather than weeks and I would buy from the company again in the future...only well in advance of any deadline.

The service was good however i was very disappointed when opened the box because 2 beers were different from what I ordered; i understand that what I ordered may be out of stock but I'd appreciate to be asked what to receive instead

Website didn't work properly, had to phone to order, not a problem. Wrong case delivered in first instance, quickly rectified, but annoying.

Hi Rob. Sorry that you experienced these problems with your order. We appreciate it's very annoying to be sent the wrong case - unfortunately this was a packing error, which is exceptionally rare, but can sometimes happen. I'm glad that we were able to rectify this quickly for you, and I hope you're now enjoying your beers.

Was really impressed by speed of delivery. Think presentation of the case of beer could have been better, as it's not very presentable as a gift. Gift card it came with was also useless as they misspelled my name. Very frustrating!

Thanks for the review Mark - apologies there was an issue with delivery. Despite our best efforts on packaging, we do unfortunately get a few breakages from time to time. Our strict policy is for the box to be returned to our warehouse & we dispatch a fresh case of beer in its place.

Was pretty disappointed with the selection of beers that arrived, one bottle is covered in dust so looks like it has just been pulled from the back of the shelf. Granted I got my crate of 8 beers through my east coast rewards scheme it states that I would receive beers from the "forefront of America’s craft beer revolution; Anchor, Goose Island and Brooklyn breweries"; I received one American beer from Chicago, the rest were from Scotland, Derbyshire, Austria and Belgium. Won't be claiming my points for this again.

Large choice of beers and good customer service, but worst delivery service ever (at least in my area London SW). The guys came twice at my home without even letting a card and claiming that I wasn't there (while I was). After I complained to Beer Hawk's customer service the deliverer came back and finally let a card but still didn't even knock at the door (I was at home again). In the end I had to get my packets from the depot which is really annoying for online shopping.
