This was a present delivered [eventually] to the recipient. I was very disappointed to hear from you that the recipient was not available to receive the package at the time you indicated. This was NOT true and no card was found through the letterbox! After the weekend when we had investigated and contacted you we heard that the package had been damaged [??]. Eventually a second package was delivered and I am sure the quality will be fine. However it was not a good introduction to Beerhawk for me. Two different stories seem very suspicious.

Problems with the order initially being wrong and also only part delivered. Customer services were helpful and it was fixed in the end but only after several missed attempts. Query to the courier company about part of the process only got as far as an acknowledgement email with a promise of a follow up that never came. Beers look ok but there's probably an easier way to get them.

Hi, the product itself is superb and i'll happily recommend to friends. However, I received part of my order two days after it was originally arranged to be delivered as there was an issue, and I have had to chase for the remainder of the order (4 bottles) which i have yet to receive but have been told I will receive this week. I understand the issues with deliveries, but for a first order it has been a little disappointing, especially as these were/are a gift. Many thanks

Hi Nicholas, sorry that the delivery was split with the couriers and arrived separately, this does not usually happen on orders, i have spoken to the couriers about it. thanks

Easy to order online but when wanted to edit the order, one customer services person said it was possible and one not.

Never received my order on a Saturday delivery due to the courier not delivering it, in the end I ended up asking for a refund and ordered from another online retailer. Beer hawk themselves were really nice, helpful, and processed my order quickly. gave me a full refund and apology even tough it was not their fault so overall a neutral review.

Very well priced beers, had a good selection to choose from. Unfortunately one of the cans had a sticky residue and little pieces of glass stuck inside the small gap on the top of the can. I understand that these things happen inside warehouses but the order should have been properly checked before posting. Would have returned the can for a replacement but I had a camping trip that weekend. Apart from that the beers where delicious and the accompanying tasting guide was a nice addition.

This review is based on the American case. Nothing inherently wrong with it and all the beers contained within are examples of good quality. Given the vast number of good craft beers available in the US the variation in content between this and previous cases is minor, a little disappointing.

Having had several successful deliveries from Beerhawk I was disappointed with the service with their latest delivery. The original order was damaged and not delivered by the carrier. Notification of this was not received - it was only when checking the carriers tracking on the afternoon of the proposed delivery date that I found that there was a problem. I then spoke to the carrier and then Beerhawk requesting a replacement order. I was promised it would be dispatched the following day. On checking my online account I found no evidence of the replacement order. I phoned Beerhawk again and was again promised it would be dispatched that evening. The following day my online account was now showing the replacement order but "still in warehouse". I phoned Beerhawk again and was advised there was a delay and it would be dispatched that evening. The order was finally received the following day - a full week after placing the order having paid for express delivery. I have requested a refund of the express delivery charge.

After ordering the beers on a Wednesday evening, I phoned Beer Hawk first thing on Thursday to say that I would be out all day on Friday so not to deliver the beers that day. It was agreed that delivery would be on the following Monday. However, when I returned home on Friday the beers had been delivered and had been left on the doorstep. That day we had a torrential downpour of rain and the boxes of beer were soaking wet. The labels on the beer were peeling off and all the leaflets had to be dried page by page. The beers were purchased as a present for my husband and I am disappointed that the beers are no longer packaged in boxes and I have had to spend alot of effort trying to make them look presentable.

Beers were decent, if somewhat over priced. All are 350ml bottles - or there abouts. There is no mention as far as I can see of bottle size on the site and for £40 I was expecting at least a few larger bottles. Otherwise it essentially equates to £4 a pint - some of which are actually available in my local Sainsbury's for considerably less (Goose Island, Sierra Nevada). My order was also missing all the dark beers. No Porters or Stouts.

I ordered an item for a friends birthday and paid for the delivery within 3 days and did not receive it in 3 days. Unfortunately I didn't have it in time for his birthday! Not best impressed.

was very disappointed with the delivery time to highlands and island, website was a little misleading with delivery times and cost. the overall product however was great and reasonable value for money.

Never received the parcel. By the looks of it someone signed for it and kept it, sadly not me or my dad who the parcel was for. I've been in contact with ukmail but no further information as yet sadly!

After the person who took the order had the wrong one sent and after a few phone calls the right case arrived (still not what I wanted but never mind) However I am still waiting for someone to collect the first case which caused all the problem in the first place.

Having used Beer Hawk previously I am sure the recipient will enjoy the selection of beers. What is less satisfactory is the courier service. It seems my beers languished somewhere between 2nd - 6th June and were eventually collected from the depot; one delivery attempt being made around 14.00 on a working day with little prior notice if this. Had I anticpated a delayed delivery beyond the w/e I could have specified a delivery point/ person in advance. In short: I expect the beers will be good, as previous experience suggests but the delivery system could be more efficient.

Courier left order on neighbours drive for all to see. Ordered 18 bottles, charged for 18, received 17. This was my first and last order. They made little effort to persuade me to return. Couldn't send missing bottle as it might get damaged, but site states clearly, no minimum order??
